Naturally, your committee will make the final decision concerning location. We will offer some suggestions and any necessary guidance.
Is Back to School Reunions a franchise?
We are not a part of any franchise program. We are located in Silver Spring, Maryland
and are an independent business.
Will I see samples of the printed material sent to my classmates?

Yes. Some samples may include post cards, invitations, questionnaires, Memory Books, and other items.
Do the invitations catch the alumni’s attention? Are they exciting, imaginative, and unique? Will the invitation contain a list of lost alumni?

Because we consider our printed materials important in many ways, if you wish, we will provide you with samples of items.
Does the Memory Book contain a complete list of all Alumni?

Yes
Will the Memory Book contain a biography or history of your classmate's activities?

Each classmate, whether attending or not, who responds to the questionnaire concerning their activities for the past years will be included in the Memory Book.
Will you provide a Memory Book for all attending alumni at no extra charge?

As part of your options package, each classmate receives a Memory Book and Directory the night of the event. However, Memory Books may be purchased at the option of each classmate.
What research methods do you employ?

We employ a multi-layered approach to research that range from the latest technology to simple telephone calling.
Will you attempt to call each alumni when locating them?

We will call classmates in order that we might locate them. However, some verifications are made without calling.
Does back to school reunions provide a complete staff at the reunion?

Absolutely. We believe that our involvement should take place each step of the way.
How will our reunion be publicized?

We will advertise your reunion using newspaper spots. In addition, we will extensively and intensively use the Internet.
Are decorations provided?

We now make our own centerpieces that include candles of your school's colors in a brandy glass tied with ribbons of your school's colors. There is a modest charge for this service.
Does Back to School Reunions charge the committee to plan the reunion?

There is no charge whatsoever for planning your reunion.
How many mailings will you do for our reunion?

We offer two mailings in order to garner the greatest response and attendance for your reunion. In addition, we update classmates through the internet.
Do you have a refund policy?

Absolutely.
Are there special guest rates for rooms at a hotel hosting the reunion?

Yes.
Do classmates get the lowest rate or is there a commission added on?

We accept NO commissions at all.
Will Back to School Reunions provide a group photo?

We now create an Event CD. Over 100 photos of your event, including the group shot, will be available the night of the reunion. Depending on your reunion package, the Event CD is included in your ticket price or is available as an optional purchase.
Will you assist us with our reunion night program?

Absolutely! We want to be a part of your reunion planning and activity.
Does Back to School Reunions require a deposit from the committee?

We require no deposit of any kind.
